🙋‍♀️This oatmeal is quick to make, deliciously chocolatey, and a super healthy, chocolaty breakfast full of healthy ingredients!😀💚🌱🍫

🌱Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 cup rolled oats
60 g pumpkin puree
2 bananas
1 tsp cocoa powder
3 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup oat milk
chocolate chips to taste

🌱Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until creamy.
Top with chocolate chips as a topping to taste.
Pour into a greased oven dish and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

✨VEGAN SPAGHETTI CARBONARA by @cookingwithcups
🌱You are so welcome to try this delicious and simple vegan spaghetti carbonara! It is delicious, easy, quick, healthy and a satisfying, healthy lunch or dinner!

✨Ingredients (for 2 servings):
220g tagliatelle (here I give grams instead of cups, since it's usually not so easy to measure in cups).
1 red onion
1 tablespoon almond paste
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp chicken spice mix
2 tsp tamari (or soy sauce)
1/4 cup hot water with 1 tsp vegetable broth.
1 cup oat cuisine

✨Instructions:
Peel onion and chop into small pieces.
Then saute together with chicken seasoning mix and tamari until hot, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to package directions.
After 5 minutes of frying, add vegetable broth, oat yogurt and almond paste to the onion and simmer on low for another 5 minutes.
Then blend in a food processor with the raspberries to make a creamy sauce.
Once the pasta is ready, strain and serve together with sauce and enjoy.😋😍🌱

🙋‍♀️Wishing you all a happy Easter and a beautiful, sunny, cozy Easter Sunday today!
If you're still looking for an easy, delicious, vegan Easter wreath recipe, here it comes:

🌱 Ingredients:
1 germ cube
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 cups plain flour
4 tablespoons soft vegetable butter
1 cup lukewarm plant-based milk (I use oat milk)
1/2 tsp cardamom

🌱 Instructions:
Mix yeast with sugar and stir until completely dissolved and the whole has become a soft mass.
Mix flour, butter, cardamom in a bowl.
Heat the milk to lukewarm (not hotter than 40 degrees).
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth soft dough.
Cover with a tea towel and place in a greased large bowl in a warm place until the dough has doubled in volume. Then knead again briefly, divide into three parts and braid. Let rise again for about 15 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 25 minutes.
Then let cool and enjoy.

🙋‍♀️Today I have a super delicious, easy breakfast cookie recipe for you!
😋These cookies are vegan, gluten free, filling and deliciously chocolatey!!!
Feel free to SAVE the recipe for your next sweet & healthy beakfast!

🌱Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free nut granola mix
1 cup small leaf oatmeal
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar
2 bananas
3 ribs vegan 60% chocolate

👉Tip: add individual larger chocolate chips to each cookie for the last 2 minutes.

🌱Instructions:
Smash the bananas and mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until lightly browned.

Taste brilliant still warm with liquid chocolate chips, brilliant with coffee or tea.☕🍵

✨This carrot salad is prepared quickly, can be prepared very well and tastes delicious!

✨For this salad, in addition to the carrots, oranges, lemon and olive oil are essential for the taste! The sesame seeds are a delicious topping and give the salad some bite. Feel free to replace them with sunflower seeds, though.

Ingredients:
600 g carrots peeled and chopped.
3 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 2 organic oranges (4 tbsp.)
a good pinch of salt
juice of ½ lemon - (1 tbsp)
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:
Peel and wash the carrots and then grate them with a mechanical or electric grater.
Squeeze oranges and lemon in an orange squeezer and mix them into the carrots with the remaining ingredients.
Feel free to let the salad soak overnight or enjoy it right away ☺️

🙋‍♀️If you haven't tried it yet, feel free to give this recipe a try! 😀😋😍💚The combination of delicious organic berries, crunchy coconut chips, warm porridge and creamy nut butter is such a great flavor composition and a brilliant, filling, healthy start to the day!🥰🤗🌞

🌱Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup oat milk
1 cup water
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
2/3 Cup wild blueberries
2/3 cup organic raspberries
1 tablespoon coconut chips each
1 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar each
1 tablespoon almond paste each
1 tsp. bitter cocoa each
1 pinch of salt each

🌱Instructions:
Sauté spices briefly in olive oil over medium heat.
Add oatmeal with water, salt and oat milk and bring to a boil once, stirring occasionally.
Add raspberries and wild blueberries and mix well.
Let steep for another 5 minutes until berries are hot but not overcooked.
Arrange on two plates or bowls and top each with cocoa, almond paste, coconut chips and coconut blossom sugar and enjoy. :)

This delicious spread comes with two main ingredients and few spices, is made in 10 minutes and is a delicious, filling, healthy, vegan, creamy spread, super on delicious sourdough bread or even as a pasta sauce!!

🌱 Ingredients:
1/2 cup yellow lentils
1 bell pepper
Marinade:
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika powder sweet
1 pinch of salt

🌱 Instructions:
Cook lentils according to package directions.
Wash peppers and cut into small pieces.
Roll bell pepper pieces in marinade and roast them for about 5 minutes until bell pepper pieces turn a light brown.
Blend finished lentils and finished bell pepper pieces in the food processor to make a creamy spread.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with some sweet paprika powder and olive oil and then enjoy!

🙋‍♀️ This pasta sauce is quick and easy to make, delicious, simple, healthy and a great lunch or dinner for during the week!
Be sure to SAVE the recipe for yourself! 💚🍝😋🤗🙋‍♀️

🌱 Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g whole wheat spirelli
1 package of cocktail tomatoes ( 200 g)
2 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
olive oil to taste
large salt
optional: 1 small chili pepper

🌱 Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Place all remaining ingredients in an ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200C° for about 25 minutes until the tomatoes are lightly browned.

SAVE for your next coffeebreak! 🤗

✨Ingredients:
Tart base:
2/3 Cup dates, soaked in hot water for one hour.
2/3 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for one hour
1/3 cup ground oats, or oat flour
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 pinch of salt
Lemon cream:
1 cup vegetable yogurt (300g, I use either cashew yogurt or coconut yogurt).
3 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup water
1 squeeze of lemon juice
grated zest of 1 lemon
1 pinch of salt
1 1/4 tsp agar agar
Decoration:
fresh gooseberries
optional: fresh edible flowers

✨Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients of the base to a homogeneous mass, I always do this step with a hand blender in a high container mixing first the dates, then the cashews and finally the remaining ingredients of the base.
Press the mixture into a tart pan brushed with coconut oil and make a few stabs with a fork in the bottom of the tart dough so that it does not rise during baking.
Bake the tart base at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix all ingredients of the cream except for the agar agar to a homogeneous mass.
Now add the agar agar and let the lemon cream boil for about 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
As soon as the tart base has cooled down a bit, you can pour the lemon cream over it and put the refreshing lemon gooseberry tart in the fridge for about 1 hour so that the lemon cream becomes firm.
Once the cream has set, your refreshing lemon gooseberry tart is ready for decorating! I simply halved the gooseberries and decorated the lemon gooseberry tart with them as well as edible flowers, but of course this is not a must, but looks nice. :)
