KIWI CREAM CAKE

Today I will show you how to make a delicious, simple and creative dessert! 🙂
These Kiwi Creme cakes are quick to prepare and require only a few ingredients!

THESE KIWI CREAM CAKES ARE:

  • low calorie
  • vegan
  • gluten-free
  • sugar free
  • really tasty 🙂

You can prepare them well and store them in the refrigerator for at least 3 days until use.  Have fun preparing them! 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

LEMON CRÈME:

  • 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp agar agar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

KIWI CREAM:

  • 3 kiwis
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp agar agar

Kiwi Coconut Yogurt Cream:

  • 1 1/2 kiwis
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp agar agar
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring all the ingredients of the lemon cream to the boil in a saucepan, simmer for 2 minutes, stirring.
Then fill into the desired form and let it cool down, preferably in the refrigerator.
Bring all the ingredients of the kiwi cream to a boil in a saucepan, also simmer for 2 minutes, stirring.
As soon as the lemon cream has set a little firmer, pour the kiwi cream into three of the six moulds and let the cakes cool down again.
Repeat the same step with the Kiwi Coconut Yoghurt Cream and this time fill the cream into the remaining three moulds.
When both kiwi creams have set, the kiwi cream cakes are ready! 🙂
